Does this ESC feature built in low voltage protection to prevent a LiPo from draining. Here's an example; When the voltage drops to 6.5V the output power is halved, when the voltage drops further to 6.0V, the ESC will automatically hut down.

Yes, this will have a lipo cut off ( if it is activated ) it will cut the throttle when the voltage becomes too low.
