These are priced in pairs, so you'll need 2 packs.
Yes the tyres are preglued on the wheels, so just need bolting on

These are listed at 104mm diameter.
The stock Vorteks 3S tyres are listed at 115mm diameter - so no, these look to be slightly smaller
