Price Match Terms and Conditions

Wheelspin Models is the UK's largest model superstore, so why buy anywhere else? We check prices daily to ensure we remain competitive, but if something's slipped our eye - then feel free to let us know!  Why bother risking ordering from less reputable stores to save a few pounds - why not ask us to price match and benefit from our leading spares and support backup?

We will endeavour to match any valid price, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Products must be identical, in stock, and from a UK store with a valid UK retail address and phone number
• We match like for like on the delivered price: their price plus their delivery charge, against our price plus our delivery charge. Where your order qualifies for our free delivery, we match their delivered total.
• Price matching will not be undertaken retrospectively after a purchase has been made
• Gift cards and credit notes can be used alongside a price match code.
• Price matches will not be made against stores who have accidentally marked a product with the incorrect price.
• Price matches will not be made against one off promotions, including for example Black Friday, Halloween, Closing Down Sales, etc.
• Price matches cannot be undertaken on orders paid using finance

Whilst we will endeavour to match any price presented to us, we do not guarantee to be able to match any price, and there will be occasional cases where we are unable to offer a price match.

Once approved, we send you a price match code by e-mail (and by WhatsApp if you give us a mobile number). It works once, is valid for 24 hours, and covers any quantity of that product in one order unless we tell you otherwise. Use it on our website, or show it at the till in our shop.

We check prices on many competitor websites automatically, and a member of our team reviews every request as quickly as possible within our usual working hours.
