I had a etronix 60a combo but the ESC failed so I bought this hobbywing ESC using the same etronix motor and the difference is like night and day it is so much faster and I used to get cogging issues before and that is now away the ESC feels a lot more powerful than 60amps, 5 stars
This is only a 60A ESC - so not really enough to run the Traxxas Velinieon motor.

Yes, that will work fine with the ET0335 motor, however I'd think 2S would be the sweet spot.
For 3S, you may be OK... but we'd probably go for something higher rated such as say HW30102601
