Hi, can I connect a 12v car battery to this power supply? I will be using tyre blankets but can't see any dc connection. The blankets have 4 pins to connect to power supply Cheers

No, this power supply is designed to connect to the mains and give a 12v output.

This is just a power supply, not a charger.

If your charger takes a 12v input then yes this would work no problem.
