hi im a bit of a newbie with rc cars, how do i determine which charger will charge fastest ? how long would this charger take to charge a 5000mah deans battery ? thanks
Asked by Jon on 2nd October 2017

On a NiMh battery you wouldn't want to charge at more than 1C (so say 5 Amps for your 5000mah battery).

This charger can charge at 5 Amps maximum, so would take around 45-60 mins to fully charge your 5000mah battery.

Hi, Can the Fusion NX86 AC/DC NiMH Charger (Part Number: O-FS-NX86) be used for long overnight charges? If so, does it have a fan that would disturb you? Thanks, James
Asked by James on 30th March 2018

This is a fast charger, and once charged it will switch to trickle charge.  As with any charger however, we wouldn't recommend leaving it unattended.
