I have recently ordered a diff gear set for my helion dominus sc10v2. The gears have wore the first time I have used it. Is there a upgrade of the part I can buy made for a better metal

It looks like Helion only offer the one option on these.

If they are wearing excessively it sounds like your diff case may be worn, allowing the gears to move too far out of mesh. A new diff case, some decent grease and some shims to ensure the gears are well meshed sounds like the fix.
