Will these light be able to fit on to a brushed motor carnage 2.0 FTX?

Yes you would need to drill holes in the body to fit but these are very universal.

These just plug directly into a spare channel on the receiver.

Yes, these will plug in to a spare port on the receiver and will come on as soon as the car is powered up.
