How long is the runtime?

We'd estimate top speed around 20mph or so.
Runtime on stock battery around 10-15 mins depending on your driving style.

What is the charge time on this?

Approx 9 hours on the included trickle charger.
Fast chargers are available eg DYNC2000UK which would charge this in around 45 minutes.
