At Wheelspin Models, we believe there is far more to the shopping experience than having cut-throat prices.  Whilst low prices are always a key factor, we believe we are the only UK store that aims to fulfill the following criteria:

• 100% spares stock availability for Traxxas and HPI models.  At least 80% spares stock for many other makes, including Schumacher and Hobao.
• Friendly, informative and knowledgeable telephone support.
• Next day delivery on all products (subject to stock and delivery method)
• Same day dispatch for orders placed before 5pm

Price Match Policy

If you find a product cheaper elsewhere, please call us on 01543 577278 with full details including the supplier, website address and full price with delivery charges, VAT, import duty, etc.

Note: We will not pricematch with auction sites or any international dealers.  It should be noted that purchases from such sites will often result in loss of warranty and/or manufacturer support.  International deliveries will also be liable for import duty and VAT from HM Customs which is not normally clear at the time of ordering.

While we strive to provide a pricematch service, we reserve the right to not pricematch a certain offer.

Obviously, we can only price-match before a sale is compeleted and no retrospective offers will be made.
