Delivery Information and Pricing:

Standard Shipping: £3.50 flat rate
Express Shipping: £6.95 flat rate (includes insurance)

Our standard shipping utilises Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service which we have found to be consistently reliable.

We strongly recommend purchasing express shipping on large value orders, as the maximum claim amount for our standard shipping is £32 minus a £15 administration fee.

Orders sent with express shipping are usually sent via Royal Mail's Special Delivery service which is guaranteed next working day and insured upto £500. Orders over 2 kilo's will be sent via a carrier service.

Please note that delivery charges shown are for standard mainland UK delivery. On larger orders, surcharges may apply for Highlands and Islands and Ireland.

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs are automatically estimated during checkout. Note we cannot ship fuel internationally or to BFPO addresses.

All our parcels are barcoded and scanned using the latest equipment, and up-to-the-minute tracking and order status information is available by simply logging into your account.

Any orders returned back to us as 'not called for' will be immediately resent and delivery charges re-applied.

We aim to offer same day dispatch for orders placed before 5pm (subject to stock), however advise customers to call beforehand for time-critical orders as this is not gauranteed.

Credit and debit payments are taken automatically via Protx over our secured server. These are treated with the utmost security and kept in a non human-readable form in our database. Payments processed by our website are processed immediately, giving you the chance to know straightaway that your payment has been authorised and your order is on its way!

Returns Policy

Not happy with an item? Provided it's still in the sealed manufacturer's packaging just drop it back in the post to us at the address shown on our contact page. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and a covering letter explaining the reason for return, and what action you would like to be taken.

Note that non-faulty items returned for refund will be subject to a restocking fee (up to 35%), or a full credit note. Special order and shadow stock items are exempt from our returns policy, and any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Logging In & Saved Carts

A new feature of our site allows you to login and save your cart contents. You can save a cart full of products for viewing later - ideal for making up an order in stages when you don't have the time to create it in one sitting.

Once logged in, you can also view your recent orders to see what you ordered and when.

Note: All prices are correct to the best of our knowledge. However we reserve the right to refuse a sale if the price stated is incorrect. Although we will do our best to come to a compromise that pleases the consumer, the Consumer protection act 1987 and Prices act 1974 clearly state that shops are not legally obliged to sell customers anything if they have accidentally marked the product with the wrong price.

We also reserve the right to refuse any sale, for any reason, at our discretion.
