HPI Engine Air Filter Oil (50ml) HPI Engine after run oil (50ml) Would you advise getting these products!? Or am I just wasting money? 1 will I eventually end up having to buy them? 2 will they help make maintenance easier? 3 will they improve the engine?

Yes, these are both highly recommended items for any nitro user.  You should use them from day one. They will result in a better running engine for longer.
