Would these tires fit on Arrma Senton BLX

Yes, they are standard 2.2/3.0 SC fitment so should fit your Senton rims.

Hi. Can I have the dimensions of these tyres please width and height. Would they fit the proline raid sc wheel 17mm hex ok?

I'm afraid we don't have the dimensions, but they are standard 2.2/3.0 Short Course tyres, so will fit any standard 2.2/3.0 SC wheel, including the PL2770
