Will this make massive difference in power?
Will it work with existing esc ?

Yes, it will fit.
Impossible for us to say if it will work with your existing ESC without knowing what ESC you have though... If you have a basic brushed ESC then no - this will not work.

How many LiPo Cells can it work with?

Id say standard 2S, but would run on 1s too, would do 3S but you would need to watch temperatures and gearing.
