What's the best SP brushless motor for a 1/10 buggy I'm currently using a 7.5T.

"Best" is quite subjective as most tend to be limited by what class you are running in. If you're racing, we'd usually recommend checking what your club uses and what limits they may have.

would this suit a tamiya TL-01 or tamiya hornet using stock tamiya brushless esc's

No the limit on this esc is 10.5 and sensored.
