Will this engine fit my t Maxx

It may well fit an older Pro .15 T-MAXX setup, but if you have a 2.5 or 3.3 T-MAXX you'll want the 3.3 engine TRX5407

The clutch and flywheel is car specific rather than engine specific, so it would depend on your vehicle?
