Unveiled in 1932, Beech Aircraft Corporation's Staggerwing was instantly distinguished by its forward-projecting lower wing. Faster than fighter aircraft of the time, it won races as easily as it carried business executives and military personnel. The Staggerwing continues to impress as this 1.60-size sport-scale ARF - a model that sets new standards for simplicity of scale detail!

Elevator and rudder linkages mount internally to preserve the plane's scale profile.
A 1.60-size 2-stroke or 4-stroke engine is all you need for powering this elegant model.

From the scale cockpit and dummy radial engine to the stringer assembly - even the rivets and panel lines molded into the fiberglass fuselage - the detail found on this model is astounding!

The optional retracts are custom-made by Robart. The gear doors are engineered with "give," so that even after numerous touchdowns they stay in alignment, and continue to fit flush when closed. Even the tailwheel can be made to retracts inside its own well with working doors.

The wings break down into four sections for transporting, and plug into aluminum joiners for quick assembly - without having to disconnect the pneumatic lines!
