The P-51 Mustang was one of the most successful, and probably best-known, fighterbombers of the Second World War. This model will excite scale enthusiasts not only because of it's distinctive appearance and incredible agility in the air, but also because this giant P-51 is so finely detailed with, for example, a cockpit furnished with seat, joystick, instrumentation and pedals, and painted fibreglass engine cowling with dummy lateral exhaust pipes. The pre-assembled wings are prepared for fitting a retractable landing gear, and come already equipped with hinged ailerons and flaps.
