No, this will only stream to a mobile device (tablet, phone, etc) running the DroneView app.

what is the real range for the video to work on wifi without noticeable lag? Some reviews state upto 100ft, but some say only 10ft.

It depends on your local situation and radio interference - however we'd suggest around 50-60ft for good reception.

Yes, however the range is limited by WiFi range - so around 100ft max in practice.
