It does not have auto-landing, however using the SAFE in beginner mode will help keep the plane level for an easier landing.

Hi,
What sort of flight times would I be looking at for this? Also would I be able to put larger battery in it?
I'm brand new to flying and I've been looking at YouTube videos of this. Would it be suitable for a beginner novice with no experience?

Yes, this would be ideal for a novice - the SAFE features work really well and you can dial them back as your skills improve, so this is a plane you can learn with and not be bored of after a few flights as your skills improve.
Flight times would be around 15-20 mins on the battery.

EFL3100 is the RTF Model - it's Ready To Fly and includes everything you need.
EFL3180 is the BNF Model - Bind N Fly. It includes everything except transmitter. Ideal if you already have a suitable Spektrum transmitter.
