These are for the Losi MTXL 1:5 scale - they will fit on the LOS45013 wheels only.

Yes, easy enough - these are a beadlock fitment, so just unscrew all the screws holding the beadlock ring in place, remove the tyre, fit the new one and reattach the beadlock ring.
