The He112B was an aircraft that competed to be the Luftwaffe's new fighter in the 1930's, but ultimately lost out to the famous Bf109. Choosing unusual subjects as the basis of a scale model has become a Black Horse forte! You would be extremely unlikley to find a clubmate with a model of the little known Heinkel He 112B and that has to be an attaction. From the rare elliptical, gull-wing design to the unusual cowling shape, this is a model for the pilot that likes to be different.
Built from balsa and ply throughout an then covered with printed vinyl film, the scale scheme and shape really look s the part. Add a tough GRP cowl and the appeal just grows.
Provision is made for electric retracts, but athough not included, the sprung oleo legs are.Well suited to the OS GGT-15 engine or a .91 four stoke, the He112B will deliver predicatable flight performance and tha twide track undercarriage makes take-off and landing amazingly simple.
