Possessing all the character of the late ‘40s, Formula 1 air racer Seagull’s 50” span ARTF successfully morphs the beautifully sculpted curves and general proportions of the full-size with a tough and practical R/C airframe that’s built for both speed and snappy aerobatics. In short, if speed floats your boat, you’ll love it, not least because of its practical two-piece plug-in wing, its sturdy bespatted undercarriage, beautifully moulded one-piece cowl, convenient top-load battery hatch and, of course, a set of silky-smooth flying characteristics. Perfect for windy day and winter flying (that’s most of the time, then!) the Shoestring will cut through the stiffest of breezes, sit comfortably in the car fully assembled and quickly become the first model you reach for when you peer through the window and see lively movement in the treetops.
