Will these fit my savage x 4.6 ? And do you need them for front as well?

They're a buggy tyre - so whilst they probably will fit if your Savage has 17mm hubs, they will be a lot smaller than stock and not really recommended.

You'd be better looking at say PL1179-10 for paddle tyres in a truck style
