Around 1 hour.

Will this work with traxxas ez start batterys (7.2v 1800mah)
Asked by Mark Sayers on 24th January 2017

Yes it will charge 7.2v NiMh stick packs as used in the Traxxas EZ start. However, if your battery is only 1800mAh then the fixed 5 Amp charge output on this will be too high. We'd recommend charging your 1800mah at around 2 Amps max.

Are the connectors on this charger mini tamyia for latrax Teton Fusion NX87 Twin AC NiMH Charger
Asked by Michael on 12th April 2017

The connectors included are Tamiya and Traxxas. Your Teton has Tamiya connectors (not Mini Tamiya) so yes, this charger will work fine with your Teton.

Hi my son has a ruckus 4x4 RC car. It came with a 8.4 v 2400mah and we have a 8.4 5000 mah extra battery pack, NiMH with E03 connectors. Will this charger work for these? THANKYOU
Asked by Emily Cary on 27th June 2017

Yes, the charger will still charge your higher capacity battery pack, but will take longer to charge.

A faster charger would help you charge even your high capacity pack in around 1 hour.

Does it include a deans lead. how long would it take to charge a 7.2v 4000mh battery
Asked by Josh B on 27th July 2017
No, a deans lead is not included. This would charge a 4000mah battery in around 1 hour.

Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models

since it is fixed at 5 amps does that mean it is to high to charge a 3300
Asked by Josh B on 1st August 2017

Ideally you'd only want to charge 4000mah or larger.

We'd recommend the NX86 instead which would allow you to vary the charge rate.

Answered by: Ben @ Wheelspin Models

Do the 2 outputs have the same capacitor inside the charger therefore making it charge slower if you had 2 in at the same time?
Asked by Archie Cadman-jones on 15th October 2017

No, it will charge at the same rate if 1 or 2 batteries are connected.
