Do the chrome light buckets come with this item Cheers

Light buckets are not included. This is a clear shell only - you will need decal set 9495839 and wing mirror set 9000743 to fully complete the scale look.

What is the wheel base length? Will this work on a carisma 1/10 scale onroad car?

the wheelbase is approx 257mm so yes will fit a normal 1/10th scale touring car
