This is a set of optional Kyosho 6.8mm Hard Aluminum Balls, and are intended for use with the Inferno MP9 1/8 buggy. These are the pivot balls on the ackermann plate side of the steering tie rod. They fit tighter and are stronger than the balls that are included in the MP9 TKI Kit.
