This is the Tactic AnyLink SLT 2.4GHz Radio Adapter.

and nearly any aircraft transmitter
Converts signals from Futaba, Hitec, JR and Spektrum and Graupner
brand aircraft transmitters to control Tactic brand 2.4GHz SLT
receivers and Transmitter-Ready (Tx-R) aircraft
Includes adapter cable for Futaba transmitters with a square trainer
jack (except 12Z, 14MZ, 18MZ, and 4YF on 2.4GHz), JR, Spektrum DX6,
DX6i, DX7, and and Graupner MX-16 transmitters. Cables for other
transmitters available separately (see chart below)
Compatible with aircraft transmitters originally designed for 72MHz,
2.4GHz, FM, and PCM which have a trainer/DSC jack
A maximum flight range of 1,000 feet (307.7 meters)is ideal for
slow flyers, park fliers and other small electrics
LED with audible tones for easy setup and use
Matchbox size, and weighs less than an ounce for easy mounting to a
transmitter
