These are drift tyres so are a hard plastic like compound.

These are standard sized 1:10 wheels, they measure approx 60mm diameter including the tyre.

What type of wheelnuts fit these wheels?

The nuts would depend on yoru car rather than the wheels, but virtually all cars run standard M4 wheel nuts - eg FTM4
