No. The hornet is not hex fitting. It the tamyia style fitting so only Tamiya wheels fit

They are for 1:10 buggies. The TT-02 touring car is 12mm hex, so whilst they will fit the hub, you may find they bind on steering lock.

Although my Traxxas rustler 2wd is 12mm hex fitment will these be ok.

Those wouldn't fit a Rustler - they are buggy, you'd be better with 2.8 truck wheels.
