The first McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) F-15 Eagle flew in July of 1972. Since then the Eagle has been considere4d one of the most successful modern fighters with a record of over 100 arial victories with no losses. Since it’s introduction in the 1970’s, the F-15 has been exported Israel, Japan and Saudi Arabia. Because of the versitality of the F-15, the United States Air Force estimates the aircraft will be in service until 2025. This Hasegawa 1/48 scale F-15C Eagle includes 129 highly detailed parts and decals to replicate one of two aircraft. U.S.A.F. 1st TFW “FF” 1st TFW” 1982. U.S.A.F. 313th Air Division “ZZ 313 AD” 1983.
