The high-performance Luftwaffe bomber! Developed as the follow-up to the highly regarded Ju 88, the Ju 188 was intended to surpass its predecessor’s performance and payload capabilities. It was produced in limited numbers, mostly due to the growing number of improvements made to the Ju 88, but also because of increasing German losses near the end of WWII. In fact, only 500 A and E variants were built before production ended in Summer, 1944. Kit features include clear parts and decal marking options for three Luftwaffe versions.
