Could you please let me know the specifications of this motor, ie, the diameter, length,weight etc, & the biggest prop size which could be used? Many thanks

Overall Length= 80mm
weight= 349g
Max amp draw- 56 amps(using a 15 x 5.5 prop)
Cells= up to 6s lipo. 
Max prop size= 16 x 6

Yes, that would work. These are 56 Amp draw, so less than the 80A your ESC can supply
