HPI now offers a Heavy-Duty Final Gear Set for the Nitro MT 2 line of 1/10th scale trucks. These are standard replacement parts for the powerful Nitro MT 2 18SS trucks, and can be installed on the standard Nitro MT 2 trucks for a significant increase in drivetrain strength and extended maintenance intervals. Precision machined from special heat treated steel, these heavy-duty gears are highly recommended for Nitro MT 2 owners who have upgraded to powerful engines and for extreme off-road driving conditions. The set includes one 38 tooth ring gear and one 13 tooth bevel gear, two sets are required for a complete upgrade to the Nitro MT 2 truck. Not recommended for the original Nitro RS4 MT due to fitment complications.

This part is also an upgrade for the Wheelie King transmission. To use this part on the Wheelie King you will also need the 87608 Universal Center Drive Shaft Set.
