Will this Futaba battery checker/ balancer tell me if my Traxxas Lipo battery has been changed fully and would I need a special lead to connect them or does it have the right connections and can it check Nicads with Tamiya plugs
Asked by Glyn Hurrell on 18th August 2018

Yes, it will tell you that information - however it connects to LiPo batteries via their XH balance ports. So to connect to a Traxxas ID battery you'd need an adapter such as TRX2938X

Yes, it can check NiCad/NiMh packs - but if using Tamiya connectors you'd need an adapter to a JST connector.

I have a futaba BR3000 balance checker and have just bought a voltz-rc LiPo with a deans plug can you tell me what connector I need to be able to check it please
Asked by Glyn on 4th December 2018

Your Voltz lipo should connect directly to this using the balance connector.

What lead do I need to connect this to my 2s Lipo batteries with 4mm bullet sockets?
Asked by Stuart on 21st April 2022

You would need this lead

wheelspinmodels.co.uk/i/70602/

then the balance plug will fit into the checker.
