This is the optional black rear wing for the Xray XB8 line of buggies. This aerodynamic rear wing is molded from a very flexible composite mixture. All edges in critical areas are reinforced to prevent breakage.

Apologies but we don't have the dimensions on the hole centres on this product, however if you're looking for a universal fit - we'd look at the (better!) ProLine Trifecta wings as they have no holes so you can drill your own:
Part number PL6249 is the ProLine wing, available in a range of colours.
