yes that should work if the esc will take lipo batteries , the charger you have should work if it says lipo charger too .
The smaller cable is the balance lead - that's used for charging.
You'd need a new charger and ensure your ESC is in LiPo mode but that's about it
We'd charge these at 3 Amps, for a charge time of around 50 minutes from flat.
